I have had a number of repairs performed by Carland and they have always delivered quality service. If you want first rate paint & body work for your car this is a place you can have confidence. They work with my insurance company seamlessly and have proven reliable and professional. They did not pay me for this review.

I went to Carland Auto Body to get hail damage to my car repaired. Carland Auto Body promised me they'd work with my insurance company, which was to cover all repairs. Carland told me just to bring them the check that the insurance company had sent me and I'd sign it over to them at completion. When I went to pick up my car, they saide the check wasn't made out properly and that I would have to give them cash or a cashier's check to get my car back. My insurance company contacted them to try to work out a solution but they would not listen. I had to drive 50 miles back to my bank to withdraw the money and then back to get my car. When I got my estimate Carland Auto Body promised that they work with my insurance company to resolve any problems, etc., but that was a great big lie. They also promised during the estimate that they would fix a little scratched area not related to the insurance-covered damage, but t that was not done when I picked up the car.
