He fixed everything at a fair, reasonable price. Also, his work is guaranteed for 5 years and the parts he uses are also backed by warranty from the manufacturer.Niro came within the hour to assess the problem. He clearly explained what was wrong and how things work, which I thought made him very trustworthy. He gave us a free estimate since we live in the same city and had a 2 hour time frame to fix the garage (but he finished quickly at less than 1.5 hours). Everything was back to normal for our household although I wish we found him sooner. He also offered to take the old broken springs and junk from the broken garage opener, which was very thoughtful and helpful. Our garage door now also looks nicer, cleaner, and it also opens without any clinking or noise.Here's the long story... Our garage opener completely broke after 16 years and we have no clue about how to go on fixing it or who to call.
