Professional handling of the project. The billing and report were handled quickly and all my questions answered
The service was great. They guys were here in 45 minutes after I called to say my well was not working. They had to make a trip back to the shop for a new pump and some pipe. When they got back it was after noon and they had to pull about 400 feet of pipe and the pump. My well is 510 feet deep so it was a big project. They worked in rain till 6:00 p.m. and did a great job.

The tech did a great job when surprised by a 4 foot digout to get to the tank. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Steve's Pump Service!
The lady (Didn’t catch her name) in the office was very friendly and helpful.
The guys who fixed the system were efficient.

My system had low water pressure pressure. When I called Steve’s Pump Service they were out promptly. Tom who was dispatched was very knowledgeable and professional. They could have easily told me my 22 year old pump needed to be replaced but he didn’t do that. He replaced a couple of electrical parts and a gauge. Once doing so the water pressure returned.
I haven’t and will not call anyone but Steve’s for my well needs.
