Owner messed up my washer, ruined clothes, and didn't take responsibility. It was a simple repair. He just forgot a step, a mistake. But, as an independent owner he feels no duty to take responsibility.

I have tried to deal with this merchant on 2 separate occassions. Both times I have encountered a very rude and obnoxious owner. When I asked if he price matched..he gruffly told me to go to his competitor and then hung up on me.



If his business declines, it certainly WON'T have anything to do with the economy.



It's a shame I'm not allowed to post ZERO stars....

Lee's has repaired my washer, my stove and all of my other household appliances for 23 years. I am calling them today for a dryer repair. They were recommended to me and I could not be happier.
