I contacted this company on a monday to have an appointment to set up, and didn't recieve a call back until the following monday. Finally had gotten scheduled for an appointment at 2pm for that Thursday and they didn't show up until 6pm because they were running behind. They told me my order would be in, in 10 days and now it is over 2 weeks, and I had to call on the status. The order was ready, but they never called to let me know! Now I have to see how long before I can have them deliver it since there last delivery is at 4pm. Their price was very reasonable and the employees are friendly, but unfortunately the headache with the whole process overweighed the positives for me.
