We have been in business since 1998 and started with Toluca Square, a small 9 unit building just off of Cedar Springs Road in Dallas. The ownership completely gutted that building and installed all new plumbing, electrical, siding and built a new laundry center. Each interior got tiled entry floors, new countertops and appliances. After that project we acquired Miramonte Villas fka Cedar Crest Condos and conducted a massive 3 year renovation of all buildings from top to bottom. New Pitched roofs were installed and the old HVAC was removed. 25 tons of flagstone were brought to lay a courtyard with Canterra Stone Fountain and columns. We are committed to providing a unique and indivualized home for each of our residents. Through a hands on approach to ownership and detailed customer service, we give our residents outstanding service.
