Wouldn't recommend this business.
Their credit card machine was supposedly not working; this was not mentioned at any time, and the driver conveniently did not have any change. Good thing I was desperate.

These people tow cars that are not even violating any rules of parking.......
I would not recommend for anyone to utilize their services...
They towed our vehicle that was parked in the correct place for public parking...
and it was parked within the lines.

My car was towed illegally as I was not violating any rules of parking. They towed my car that was parked in the correct place for visitor parking... and it was parked within the lines. their excuse... it should not have been parked there.....!!!!! They really suck!! And even though the complex lamented to the car being illegally towed, I have to pay $50.00 to get it back and sue them in civil court. THE THIRST IS REAL PEOPLE!!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. Karma is a B and you don't want to be anywhere around when it strikes.

I wish I could give them zero! One of my kiddos knocked my damn parking pass on the floor of my car and this company decided to tow my car! The Idiot who took my money was smiling the whole time. They are very unprofessional,the bimbos in the office are very unprofessional, they ride around looking for free money cause their poor because of their shady operation let's face it they'll tow the wrongg vehicle 1 of these days they should be put out of business

This company sucks just moved here from out of town when this company illegally without authourization towed my car,and having them reimburse me back is hell,they are rude,short handed,disrespectful,and ignorant,oh and super over pricey along with they are thiefs stole my jumper cables,wouldnt recommend anyone to them even in an Emergency.

My car had some issues I called they were there within 20 minutes or less. Cheap. Prompt. Friendly. They saved me alot of money and time. Thnx

This company is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that the City of Dallas has let this go on, shows how shady this whole city is. My car was towed 10/8/2009 by Carlos Gonzalez, from a place off lower Greenville. I have the receipt from the place of business I was in, during the time of tow. He wrongly towed my car, ripping my right exhaust out from my car, dented both exhausts, dented the muffler, and scratched my bumper. I have picture proof of all the damage, and took all the proper steps in order to be reimbursed for the damage. Sandra, Sandy, whatever her name is, is the SHADIEST PERSON EVER! She is "never there" and the staff is unprofessional, ignoring what you tell them and start talking about Diet Coke? Or whatever ignorant conversation the fat pigs are discussing. This company is horrible, should be shut down, and should pay everyone back for the damages, inconvenience, and bullsh*t they have caused!

My car was towed by David Retana (Employee 3239) who stole a brand new Samsung LED TV out of the back of the car. I asked him to let me take the TV out of the car, but was told I could not remove any of my belongings from the car. When I arrived at the tow lot, the TV was missing. Great Company, very sincere workers. Dispatcher #200 was very nice and also extremely helpful with me when I called. Also in person as well, I guess it all depends on how you treat people. If you are rude to them then they are probably going to be rude to you as they are just doing their job as everyone else does. I would just like to say that United Tows LLC is a GREAT COMPANY !!!!!!

I have tried to contact these people a number of times and I always get," I will call you back" or "the person you need to speak to is not in". They are quick to tow your car but are not so willing to pay for damages that occur from their carelessness of your car while in their care. Anyone who has your car towed by these people BE CAREFUL. It's been almost a year and I have been about as nice as I can be. This is ridiculous.......................
