I have been working at Teleperformance (formerly Aegis) since 2009. Since the acquisition I have seen many positive changes in the company. There are many more career growth opportunities, more consistency across campaigns, and much needed professionalism in the work place. I look forward to the years to come where I can grow as a professional and achieve my career goals!

I worked for Aegis for a couple of years before Teleperformance acquired us last year. While there was an adjustment period (as with any acquistion), I can now say that this company is better than it ever was before. The management is a competent crew, they have simplifed processes, and they have brought new life to an organization that badly needed it. I now understand why Teleperformance is the largest telecommuncations company in the world.

Worst Company in the USA to work for!!! Since there acquisition of Aegis, they have taken away all paid holidays of its hourly employees, taken away a week of PTO, and they offer no sick time.
