My car was towed from my friends apartment that I was visiting (not the problem). The problem started when they returned the car to me. As I was sitting in my car waiting for their rigged gate to open, I passed thru the gate after the gate came to a stop (per the instructions on the sign posted on the gate). As I was half way out the gate started to close and damaged my car door. The receptionist had trouble opening the gate so that I can go thru the gate. The gate that looks like a 5 yr old put it together malfunctioned. The receptionist was advised by her manager to give me a claim form requesting that I get 2 separate body repair quotes within 7 days. I provided them with a quote as instructed and received an email stating that the claim would not be paid due to me not waiting for the gate to open completely (which is not true) and to not reply to her email because her decision was final. I have emailed them disputing this claim and no response. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL. They provide a service to tow but they should not damage the public's vehicles and irresponsibly not be accountable.

Towed my car because I parked in the wrong spot, which is understandable; That was my mistake. I paid the fee, and took responsibility for my actions. However, sure storage DOES NOT take responsibility for theirs!! Thousands of dollars in damages done to my car. Filed a claim, got multiple estimates from different body shops as they requested. They said it was a “clean tow” by a professional driver. THEY CAN PROFESSIONALLY DAMAGE YOUR CAR FOR A SMALL TOWING FEE OF $200!!! :)

Horrible!!! The lady was very rude. She talked to me like I was a complete idiot and then hung up on me and then I waited 30 minutes or more to call her back and to try and talk to this lady and tell her that I did not appreciate your attitude and so she went on to say that she was not rude and that I wasn't listening and then have the audacity to say next time I call don't have my children yelling in the background( when they weren't even in the same room) and then hung up. I wanted to call her back and tell her what I really thought but it's okay il handle this in the correct Manor since a woman doesn't know how to do her simple job correctly or professionally . First off excuse me?? When is it okay to even mention my children, or ANYBODIES CHILDREN big mistake!!! and if that was a problem in the beginning you could have said ma'am I'm sorry I can't hear you with all the loud noises in the background or something ,my kids are 4 and under what do you expect??!!! I was very patient but this lady was not professional at all. and I know that y'all get customers that have attitude problems and are taking it out on y'all because their cars got towed well this was not the case at all I was being very polite and very patient and she had an attitude from the very beginning. It is not my fault that you hate your low end job. Do something about your staff please.

Straight up predatory towers here. Since they’ll steal your car, you have no choice but to deal with their ridiculous “customer service” which is nothing but a bitter lady getting upset at you because SHE can’t pay attention. Avoid this place if at all possible, pray that their goons don’t steal your car.

This place is horrible towing poor people's cars in the middle of the night. My car got towed to this dump of a place in the middle of nowhere. This place sux! They need to shut it down!! Its a total dive!

Sad excuse of a company who will take your car for ransom, accept cash only because of their broke down conditions of a business, and store your car in the most unsat and unsecure location in the Dallas area. I pray no one else ever has the misfortune of visiting this location or interacting with their subpar staff.

My car was towed from a visitors spot in South Dallas, and my car got towed all the way to this awful place. I really thought I was going to get robbed or raped (not kidding) at 3am.

If you are towed, there must be a reason. You signed a lease and addendums and there are signs posted. Please read your lease and signs. Also texas department of license and regulations sets the tow price for every city.

I'm taking them to civil court. They towed my car illegally out of an apartment complex although I had the visitor parking tag. Then after several trips to their location (in the hood, the shadiest building ever seen) I waited hours just to have someone open the door so I can finally get my car back. There goes a whole day of wage wasted! I will sue the crap out of them.

Absolutely horrible! They took a work truck and cost me hundreds of dollars in lost time. Then, when I went to pick it up in the ghetto had to wait for hours to get in to get my own truck back at $300! Stay as far away from these people as you can! I am filing with the Railroad commission and requesting an inspection of every tow truck they own and operate! They should not be allowed in Denton County Texas much less Texas at all!
