It seems their staff is very efficient at billing you constantly and always contacting you to run another expensive procedure only to find out that they mis diagnose your pet and your pet is still sick. They have horrible customer service and our pets our still sick. Please take you loving family member else where! You will be taken advantage of and over charged. Yes we paid well over $1000 dollars and both are cats are still sick.
