Here is how SMT treats their customers. They quote a rate, deliver the goods, you pay the bill on the spot and when it turns out the quote was higher they re-bill you and put you automatically in collections for their error....perfect!

The freight is never on time, the terminal managers are very unprofessional. I would give them no stars if there was a choice. I like Beaver, US Roads or Daylight Transport much better. Run from them, I have witnessed them ship food which should be kept frozen on their trucks thawed.

Shipments have not gotten delivered on time (0 for 2) over 2 days later than expected with no phone call.. shipment tracing is a joke, just transfer you around and hang up.

Not great at customer service! Mike the office manager comes accross as professional but when it comes to problem solving he is lacking...
