In no stretch of the imagination this company saved not only our house but our familys entire well-being. I had been duped into re-financing my home mortgage for an equity loan with Wells Fargo Finance in 2008. From March 2009 until December 2010, I worked with 6 banks or mortgage companies. I completed the paperwork and paid $350 to $400 for an appraisal on each one. None could help me because of various issues with the appraised value of my home. It was in November 2010 when I was contacted by Southwest Funding and not one day goes by that I do not thank God for it. For the first time throughout the entire ordeal with Wells Fargo (by this time I had already paid over $21,000. 00 in mortgage interest over the past 15 months) I felt like I was dealing with honest people. Needless to say, without Southwest Funding we would have eventually lost our home. They are saving my family over a $1000.00 a month in interest cost.
