They get you in with a low price then the lies start. I could have dealt with the lies but the work was very poor on my hardwoods. They actually caused quite a bit of damage to my cabinets and stone fireplace as well and of course didn't correct either issue after the fact. Most of the wood looks good but some parts look like my 5 yr old installed it. After I pay for the fixes by a reputable company this job will cost a lot more than just going with a better company to start with. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY

My wife and me were shopping for new floors for our home. Matt with S&H Distributing was very helpful on this being our first new improvement on our home. The process was so, easy and they saved us thousands of dollars finding the pick of Carpet and Pad along with Hardwood Floors to match our decor that we have picked out. Using Shaw Carpet and Bella Cera Flooring. Our home looks great, quite possible it might mentioned in the Interior Design. # 1 pick for all Flooring needs in Dallas. I worked with Trey from S & H and he was very helpful and accommodating. Always ready to answer questions (and I had a lot of them). He worked with me over a couple of weeks as I changed my mind several times. He never tried to pressure me to go in any one direction and just let me take my time to decide. Thanks for your patience Trey! The 2 rooms we installed the wood in were different heights and floor surfaces. S & H had to first bring the concrete addition floor up about 1.5 inches so that it would be level with the other floor. Their installer, Israel did an awesome job! We were very please with his knowledge and skill set. It took 2 days to do the leveling as different 'float' products dried and on day three the wood went in. Once again, Israel and his crew did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the finished product. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind, considerate and polite the entire time they

I love this company. They did a beautiful job on our handscraped floors in our house and they were very nice people to deal with. As soon as we can afford to replace our old carpet upstairs we will be going back to them. They have the best verity of handscraped and engineered hardwoods as well as laminant and carpet that I've seen anywhere, and believe me, I've looked everywhere. I recommend going to their warehouse because they have a bigger selection there. Hope this has helped you make your decision easier.
