The inflatables themselves were fun and all of the kids enjoyed them! However I spent over $400 dollars and did not feel I was accommodated. We only received 4 out of the 5 middle pizzas that were a part of the package and they were served cold. I was told I could pay an additional $12 to have them take up to 50 pictures of the party guest and download them. The person taking the pictures did not stay around longer than 10 minutes and after paying for them I logged in online with the code given and there were only about 8 to 9 photos of random people. When I specified that I would love for most of the pictures to be of my family and the birthday boy (my son). They said a party host would be apart of the party assisting us with anything we needed and they were not. We literally had to leave the area and go find them. When someone is paying so much money it is important to ensure a high level of customer service and quality. They can use some approval in many areas overall!.
