these are not ballrooms , their customer service is awfull the people in charge are very rude. dont give any detail on rental . this is a filthy place ...i cant imagine anyone renting these locations for a special event.

This place is the worst. They are so rude, and their ballrooms are really dirty, especially their restrooms they smell bad.

This place isnt so bad. I always have friends that have there Quince here. Its not the best place to have it though. Its not in such great condition and if you like people crashing your party, then this place is for you. Alot of people you wont know will be there. People seem to think its a club? Idk why. But it has several ballrooms depending on the amount of people you invite. It has good prices but don't expect it to go well. A fight might break out. Especially from the party crashers/ strangers. Its right in front of Big T on Ledbetter. It gets kinda crazy there.

This location has several ballrooms and all of them are in bad condition. There are roaches, ants, rats, and other insects. Poor building maintenance including water liking, not working toilets and sinks as well as bad smell. Futhermore, the people in charge are so rude, they do not keep their word, they would tell you one thing and they would do another. They would not give you your money back if you decide to chage your mind, (within seven days, that is especify in the contract.) They do not provide security, that causes so many robberies in the parking lot. Do not rent any of the ballrooms located at this location. You would regard it.
