I am very happy with Penstar, I have been with this Company since March of 2013, and I have PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNT, and am very satisfied. When I call in the Customer Service is very helpful and are willing to work with me. I am 100% plus satisfied.

I have been with this company for almost a year. They have been great. Great customer service. Best prepaid electric company by far.

They charge ten bucks every time your service gets to a ten dollar balance. They fail to tell you that they chargeAthens ten dollar disconnecting fee for every time you have the ten dollar balance. Then you have to make sure you put so much money on the account t after that because once the charge is processed you are in the negative balance and it's possible your lights still will not be on so you will end up paying extra 3 dollar transactions charges. I live alone and my electricity usually runs between 60 to 75 bucks a month. Not with penstar... Try 90 bucks in as little as two weeks. Smh I called txu and even though I have to pay a deposit, I will never go back to penstar.

If I could put less stars I would I have no idea how this company has a 5 star review but here's my piece,we spent nearly 60 dollars a week on power and would still get cut off almost twice a week after cutting this company off i still received messages daily where I was using power that wasn't even turned on so I owe a balance for it going negative for services I did not receive I strongly recommend you shop around before using this horrible money hungry company.

My experience with Penstar has been really good. I strongly recommend this electric company if you're looking for reasonable rates and a good electric company to work with.
