I was in the market for a used, 4-door sedan. Originally I came to Park Place to test drive a car that I later decided was not practical. On the way back into the dealership (I had borrowed the car to show my husband), I left Mariette a voicemail telling her that although I really liked the car, it just wasn't practical for me. When I arrived, she had already found another car that better matched my needs. A quick test drive later, I was filling out paperwork to finance the car. I received a low interest rate on the car loan and was able to specify the length of the loan. The price was below Kelly Blue Book, but not as low as other cars I was looking at (90% of KBB vs. 80% - 85% KBB), but the rest of the experience was great. David, who went over the closing paperwork with me, did not pressure me about any add-ons, warranties, etc. making the whole experience as stress free as possible. I drove off the lot in a freshly washed car with full tank of gas.

Used sleazy sales tactics - shook hands on a deal and came back with something for me to sign without the concession, then acted like I was the one not honoring the handshake. Additionally, they provided pricing for additional items (floor mats, etc) that well-exceeded the advertised price on the website. Really enjoyed working with sales associate and then they brought in their closer, which is when this happened. BUYER BEWARE!
