AWFUL!!! That is pretty much the only word I can use to describe my experience at Paper Affair! I was so excited to use them, they have a cute store and even cuter stationery. When it came time to place my order the girl helping us misspelled everything on the mock up and then did not order the additional 10 invites I needed. A week after my invitations were supposed to be in I stopped at the store, even though I had heard NOTHING from them. They had not printed any invitations and the additional invites hadnot even been ordered! I had to get a manager involved and only then was my order completed. After all my hassle they refunded me the printing cost but they messed that up as well!!! Be very careful if you use them, insist on a manager!!
