Its core businesses include real estate lending, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), debt securities investments, real estate equity investments, acquisitions, development, capital market activities and special servicing/asset management. The Real Estate Owned (REO) group manages all aspects of the firm's real estate investments and future acquisitions.
