Provided by YP.comSafe to say I'll never be coming back to this restaurant. There's multiple issues that need to be addressed. First and foremost, the amount of time it takes to get our orders taken and served. It took nearly an entire hour to get seated, drinks ordered and orders taken. It took another 30-45 minutes to have our food brought to us which is average for the amount of people we brought. The menus aren't very descriptive and in my opinion, the food is overpriced for the quality. I've spent about the same amount of money for a plate of food at Texas Roadhouse and the serving size and quality of food is so much better.
Secondly, the staff. Mostly everyone was welcoming and friendly but there were times where we had one of the staff members hang around for a little too long and created an extremely awkward environment and it's a very bad feeling. The girl mentioned she's new to the restaurant so I didn't want to be rude and dismiss her abruptly. Also the fact that she even grabbed a napkin that I had placed on the table after I finished cleaning my mouth and threw it at my head, she said," Hey I have to clean that." That there crossed the line and it is unacceptable. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. She finally disappeared when I told her I wasn't doing fine and stated she wasn't going to come back and said she wasn't doing her job correctly which left my table both confused and even more uncomfortable. I could go on and complain more but I think this is good enough and I hope everyone who reads this will think twice before visiting this restaurant with their family. Please take my warning and don't come here. Save yourself a trip and find another place to eat.

Provided by YPmobileit's just a fun entertaining place for kids. The foods are just ok. Edible however nothing to brag about. I had bakckened catfish with vegetable..it was salty and greasy. the fried catfish for my mother in law was a big giant mound of mashed potato with 2 over breaded fish.. the kids had chicken finger and shrimp
popcorn which they did not to mind at all. the salad car were just a big bolwI of mixed greens mostly romaine lettuce a little variety of other veggies like broccoli, mushroom, beets and few others and couples soup to choose from. I think if it's not for the kids we won't be choosing that place.

Provided by YP.comAtmosphere is unique but the food is not great. Expensive for what you get. The wait staff was neat to interact with!

Kids love the crazy table vignettes and themed servers, but the food is just okay and a bit pricey for the quality. Older kids would fare better than pre-schoolers.

The kids had a great time, running around trying to find all the different characters and trying to get their autographs, but I have to agree with the rest of the reviews... the food is way too pricey! not enough items in the menu. 2 adults and 4 kids under 11 years old, over a $120.00 bill!!!!! Not a place to go very often
Each of the wait staff dresses up as a differenct storybook character, which the kids both like and at times find a bit scary (mostly they like it though). It is definitely a neat experience! Of course, you pay for it too. We'd go again for a birthday or something like that, but it's not somewhere we'd eat on a weekly basis.
It is quite the experience, as waiters and waitresses dressed up as various celebrity figures serve you your food. The food is also good, and there is a wide variety to choose from. A little pricey, but a good experience.
The servers dress up in different costumes so this is very entertaining to the younger patrons. The waitstaff offers great service and attention, and always makes your dining experience fun. However, they do not have a lot of menu items, but the ones they have are fair. I think that the experience is better than the food.
