These guys are incredible!! Brought my 05 Mercedes E-Class for routine service. As part of the service, they noticed that a brake system problem, that was covered by a recall. Chuck took it upon himself to deliver the car personally to the dealership for warranty repairs, and pick it up afterwards. I spent $150 (Competitor quoted $380.00) on a minor service, and these guys took it upon themselves to save me a trip to the dealer. Hands down great service! Thanks Jon and Chuck!

Take your Business some where else, they are great first time around to generate new clients, but then second visit rip you off!

These guys are a rip off. I took my BMW you drop off the car and when you pick up they just tell you what they have done with out giving you a call and letting you know whats going on.

The guys at Louden Motorcars provided me with service and personal attention that I've yet to see anywhere else. James (their service manager) cared for my BMW like it was his and I always felt like they had my best interests in mind. If something didn't need fixing, they never try to push an unnecessary repair on me. Give these guys a call, you'll never look back.
