I will never take my car to Kwik Kar by the Lake again...and I strongly suggest you reconsider before going there. The service technicians were ok in that they greeted me when I arrived. However, they let me leave with a worn out belt and didn't even tell me or offer to replace it. With in a day or two the belt broke on me causing all sorts of problems. I went in for an inspection and an oil change. I came out with a big headache...oh...and the blonde guy who changed my oil didn't even put the oil cap back on. It must have fallen off the engine area as I drove down the street. A friend of mine told me that they had to have their engine replaced once due to faulty work by Kwik Kar by the Lake.
