RE: Complaint against DR Krystina Pham & Associates

I have requested a refund of my money from this doctors office due to the facts listed below. They have continued to not reimburse me.

On July 29,2017 I was Issued a prescription for another set of glasses. It was a simple eye exam for a standard set of glasses. The Prescription was wrong from the beginning and the doctors office was notified from the beginning.
I have worn glasses all my life and know when a prescription is wrong! The prescription issued from Dr Phams office was weaker than the prescription issued prior from there office in 2015. Those original records were disputed at the doctors office saying that there was another doctors office in this walmart before them. Okay fine. I was told on the new prescription how one of my eyes improved (see Ex 1A) of the prescription issued. Ordered up a set of glasses from costco on 8/8/2017 (Ex 1B) When i picked up those glasses there was a noticeable problem! I went back to dr phams office for a recheck and was checked by another Doctor and was told there was nothing wrong that the yes my eye had improved and that I needed to go back to the company who made the glasses. Note (Ex 1C) dated 8/20/2017 that set of glasses was made again and still the same problem. I spoke with Dr phams office and they said that its not them and to tell the company making the glasses to make them again. I did that too! and still could not see out the glasses. Spoke to Dr Pham and she said they would not refund my money because it was services rendered. We discussed if I did not get resolution I would file with the board and was ignored and told it was for services rendered. I went to another Dr office for another eye exam. Dr Halle Tran (Ex 2 A) and (Ex 2 B) paid for another eye exam and was told no the prescription is wrong. So now i have paid 20 dollars to dr phams office as a

The staff and doctors at both offices are awesome! Always friendly, always fast and always helpful. The doctors actually care about their patients and the people in the office are always so nice. If you're looking for a good eye doctor, definitely check Dr Pham's office out!
