I rate them a 0. Will no longer do business with Jared's. My husband dropped off a ring to have a stone replaced with a moissanite. He agreed to the new platinum setting suggested by the store, and paid for the services. We received a phone call from them the next day, they refused to set the moissanite. Initially it was some excuse about moissanite being less heat tolerant, but that is not true, they are more heat tolerant than diamonds. Then the excuse was, it was against their policy. They sale lab created and semi precious stones.We had two stones set in semi mounts prior to this, but never again.

My husband and I have have shopped at Jared's for all our fine jewelry needs. They have excellent customer service, and great prices.
