This JB is in my route to work so I often stop to crab breakfast. When you order exactly what on the menu, no problem. But when you ask for something other (YOU WILL NOT GET IT). Example: this morning I ask for a sausage Breakfast Jack. I got to work ready to enjoy my SAUSAGE BJ and it was ham (No Sausage). I have been trying to call JB for 15 min but the phone ring busy. The customer service person at the window (cute hair cut) had to ask the person fixing the sandwich a couple a time for my food. This have happen several times'. I do noe have time to go back to JB if I would take the sandwich back.Please check your order prior to leaving the window, I know I will fromm this day forward. Advice: Learn to listen to the order that the customer is asking for.

Why can't Jack-in-the-box find employees that can speak good english and hear?

Have been going to this Jack-in-the-box for years and this store just can't get it right.

They take your order and repeat it back to you, only to find out that something is missing.

I enjoy thier hot sauce and when I ask for extra for my six taco's they only give me four packs.

They act like it is there private stock! I try to make sure that I have everything I ordered but sometimes I have to rush back to work. This has been going on for years and I am glad to have found Yellowpages to let others know about this store. Jack-in-the-box needs to put people in the drive-up window that can hear and speak and understand english.
