TERRIBLE experience with them! They took 2 photos at graduation, the one on stage was terrible!!! The 2nd one, well, their excuse is a "Camera Malfunction", so I didn't get a 2nd photo!
I emailed twice, no response, when I called, they gave me the excuse above, and offered me 50% off. I wanted a digital copy, not a print package, and they said they couldn't do that, they would only give me the discount if I bought prints from them.
Unfortunately, this was the only thing offered by my university, but I will contacting them as well and letting them know about this experience!
