TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I misplaced a gift certificate and they basically said its lost forever because they do not keep records of such transactions! They stole almost $400 of my money even though I have a credit card statement of the transaction! I do not recommend this spa to anyone! The staff is not professional and the facility is small and lacks privacy!
