These folks supply the machines where I live, a complex for the elderly. There machines hardly Ever work properly. MANY people call for repairs, and the answering service ALWAYS states no one has called that the machines were down. There are SUPPOSED to be 2 machines on 8 floors. Only 3 floors are working. I am owed a $4.50 return because I tried the laundry on Several floors, they mailed me .50 cents. LAST yr, they mailed me a $2. check which BOUNCED. They are located at an Indian Nation - run by the Chickasaw Nation, and NO ONE WILL HELP DO ANYTHING, not even the owners of the apartments!!! ~When I recieved my .50 cent refund, I called them, again. They stated that all I SAID was that I had tried 1 machine, so I only get .50 cents Back. They HUNG UP ON ME, again. They had my name wrong on the check, and they had my iformation I told them wrong, and they said because I only reported One machine out of order, I only get .50 back. This was ALL WRONG. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
