CPS takes children from parents whom are either abusive or neglectful and places the children with someone whom is agency approved to watch over and care for while giving the families time and services to get there life in order - no drugs, no violence. So that these children can return to a loving family environment . Its an extended babysitter to get ones act together for all involved . So if you or someone you know is involved with CPS fighting them will get you no where and loose you kids, doing the services will get your kids back . Not a real hard decision. I would do whatever it took to keep my children . you do what you gotta do. these kids love their parents and need them .

C.P.S. takes kids a places them with one a gives them the right to let whoever the decide to take care of the child and that person would be the same as the one the child was taking from so I am confuse here.
