Good fish sometimes, but they use their cooking oil to long. If you order in the evening, a lot of the fish is dark because it's being cooked in old grease. When all they have to do is change the grease and put it up for the next day instead of making excuses of why the oil is used so much. Of course, you would have to care about your patrons. When cooking fish and etc... all day, change the grease more than once a day. We are worth it, and its not like you're not getting paid for it.
