Built as apartments in 1994 and converted into condominiums in 2000. Looks like average (at best) construction. Area can be noisy, and parking along city streets can be difficult. Dallas crime report shows a number of auto break-ins in the area.

The new Sam's Club being planned for Uptown should be convenient to this area.

I have seen a number of ads for rentals there. How many renters live there vs. homeowners? That could be an issue for concern.
