The owner of this establishment are renting out cars knowing that there are problems with the cars. The brakes are bad and has been reported to him, only to turn around and rent the car back out to another customer. Knowing that I was renting his van for a trip that took 12 hours, he waited until I had completed the paperwork and gave me the keys before he mentioned that the radio doesn't work. I ask about the CD player for which he said was fine, so in taking his word for it I later found out that the CD player wasn't working either. When I called him about the situation and asked him why he didn't disclose the problems before he completed my transaction, he stated that if I returned the van that I would not be reimbursed for my $40.00 worth of gas and then tried to hurry me up to bring it back so that he could rent it back out to someone else. He could care less about the concerns of his customers. Its all about money with this guy and he's practicing unfair treatment.
