Purchased an air vent inc power attic exhaust fan in 05 from one of the home supply stores. The motor started acting up. I called air vent inc. They were very courteous. I explained my concern and without any questions they sent me a new motor and fan blade. Received the replacement in 5 days. 20 min to install and running beautifully. It is very refreshing and rare to deal with a company that backs their products without hesitation.
