Anniversary celebration may have been a success in the number of customers that came through their doors, but poor planning by management caused 1-2 hour wait for food, and when it was served it was cold. A friend who was with us had their order lost after waiting almost 2 hours!! And there was no compassion by the managers or the owners to make it right. As far as I am concerned, they have lost my family's business.
