Everytime I had to use this facility, the people that work there have all been very friendly and helpful in anyway they could. They seemed to like their jobs. I was also happy with the wait time, when there was going to be a wait in the emergency room, a representative of Paulding Hospital talked with me and made me feel that they were aware and trying to make me comfortable.

Without going into details which would prevent this from being published, we'll simply say that we rate this facility an absolute 'zero' with a recommendation to avoid. Generally, the facility is too old, outdated, and insufficient for our family's needs; the service was extremely disappointing.

Disgustingly poor service and horrible facility; very old facility with highly noticeable mold/mildew problems in patient rooms; cafeteria exceptionally poor; had to request meals for patient at least half of the time during our stay; meals brought did not match items listed on the patient's menu prepared by the dietician; majority of nurses lack social and communication skills (most are rude; many are professional ignorers); choice of doctors is extremely limited and only one general surgeon is staffed (patients are not allowed to bring in another); majority of nurses cannot operate the machine for administering medicine; had to remind nurses many times that patient was due medication; when pain medication was requested, patient had to wait up to 1-1/2 hours for it; appointments for testing were never kept (always hours late); poor record keeping (often asked us to sign multiple copies because some were misplaced); too much to list; we'll definitely avoid this facility in the future
