I have been a metro PCs customers for over 8 years! This is the worst store to do business with. I purchased a phone about closing time. Found out when I got home you couldn't hear on it. Returned the next day to be told they couldn't help computer was down. The next day they wouldn't give a a new phone said I had to pay again I gave them money after that they let me know they had to order a new one. A week later had not been ordered . Finally order it called thy said it was there got there the wrong phone and no battery (used phone ) ordered another one .a week went by received a call saying I had a week to pick up that was 3pm the next morning I go in around noon and phone was returned saying I had not picked up. so 3 weeks of dealing with them almost daily WITH NO Help! I called corporate to and explained before I finally received a phone I could use! Even speaking to the owner He wouldn't help resolve the problem!

This Is a great store it has good customer service if you ever go in there ask for Elvira or her daughter and if neither of them are there ask for his son. He can fix any phone without a problem. I been a MetroPCS customer for 3 years now an I always go to this store because they always have a great personality.

RUDE! Two young girls who rolled their eyes, answered all my questions with"I don't know" could careless about customer service. Why on earth would you hire these ppl?
