Randy and Chris are great to work with. The engine in my old 2002 Chevy Impala failed and they guided me to purchase a used engine with a warranty. The used engine had a major issue after driving it for only a day and Randy got it replaced for free! I have a couple other minor things wrong with the car, but never felt pressured to fix them.
