It's a great place to stay because the location is prime. It's located very close to holiday world!

Service was good and the facilities were nice enough considering the prices we paid. Very affordable especially if you're staying in Dale, IN longer than a weekend. Highly recommend!

The motel is very modestly decorated, clean, affordable, and the front desk service was excellent.

As far as motels go, this one's pretty good. We were comfortable and the location was good. Oh, can't beat the price. Would stay again.
