As soon as this company was bought out, their customer service bottomed out. We changed companies over two years ago because of that; however, we have continued to get a bill for tank rental, even though we haven't had their tank for two years. We have called about five times to have the charges stopped, and they tell us it has been corrected, but it has not. They are also charging us interest and late fees. After several phone calls, they say it has been taken care of. We will see if we get another bill - my guess is we will.
