      Very incompetent repair people and management. Do not use for purchase of appliances or service work or you will be very disappointed

      Horrible customer service and extremely rude manager. Owners do not care about customer service or satisfaction. They have a D- rating with the BBB. No return policy. We were sold an oven and when it was delivered it was not what we wanted and they refused to offer any solution. The microwave we bought arrived damaged and they would take either back in exchange. Beware buying here.
