Over all the facility and program is great. In detail, the program is a little costly, but if you notice it is located in a very nice location, it is well staffed, they offer a variety of classes/programs as opposed to your regular one class. I had a small problem that could have gotten very large, BUT fortunately the director handled it very well, and as any customer knows; customer service is essential. They really treated me and the issue as best anyone could, I couldn't have asked for more.
