This was my daughter's first semester in college and initially I was unaware of this store, we happened across it after waiting in line for over 2 hours in the bookstore on campus. There was one more book my daughter needed so we tried Text Xpress. This store was very busy as well but the experience was so much better! We happened to get the manager, Shannon, to be the one to help us. She immediately sensed we were overwhelmed and frustrated by what we went through at the school and she said it's going to be ok and went to work. Despite being very busy she made us feel like we were the only people there, she went through and explained what we were buying and why-she really knows her stuff. She was incredibly patient with us answering our questions and in the end we saved about $100 overall on my daughters books. More than that though, was I could tell she genuinely cares about the students. You don't get customer service like that very often, a wonderful experience.

I was sent an empty box. My daughter doesn't have her prealgebra book and she needed it yesterday. There's no email address and phone number is useless since the voicemail is full. Not productive at all.
