Most stores allow for exchange and refund. Michael Kors outlet does not. At the time of purchase they disclose that you can exchange within a certain amount of time but do not say you cannot return your merchandise. I purchased a purse and wanted the medium size, they said they would go to the back to get a new one for me and package the extra large purse instead. They are saying i cannot return it because the item does not match the receipt. The manager would not give me district managers number. They were not trying to help me resolve the issue. Very poor in policy disclosure and poor service. Dont buy from there.
