I hated gyms because I never knew what I needed to work out to get the results I wanted. iLoveKickboxing has been incredible because it is a tough workout but extremely fun which makes it easy to go to everyday. The staff is awesome and the environment they create there is one that makes you feel so welcomed and ready to work.
