Good, honest and reasonable. We had another contractor come to our neighborhood claiming there was a hail storm in November and he would check our house for free to see if there was any damage. This other contractor came down from the roof and showed us pictures of hail damage and said he was pretty sure he could get our insurance to replace our entire roof. Luckily I thought to get a second opinion with Cypress Custom Roofing and Seth Gavin. Seth took a look at our entire roof and to our relief found absolutely no damage from hail and did not recommend filing an insurance claim saving us almost $10,000. What he did find was a sloppy job done by another contractor on our room addition and found that a roofing pipe had been disconnected and not re-installed properly. Seth was able to come out the next day and fix the pipe and seal it properly at a very reasonable price.
