I'm visited this place from time to time and it's getting worse by the day. Staff cluster and avoid eye contact of patrons while you sit without food or drink, the floor always has lettuce and food debris scattered about, the bartender acts like she's doing you a favor and that she's busy when there's less than 5 people in the whole restaurant. Management is non existent and quite obviously has no pride in their work. Scuzzy.

I'm sitting here eating the mix and match fajitas when I realize that the black beans and rice I ordered was not with my order. The waitress is very nice and she pretended she new us from before although I have never seen her in my life. Well back to the mix match fajitas, it's not worth the price. I should have just ordered bell pepper because half of the order was bell pepper. It took her over 10 minutes to check on us well I wanted to order more food as the mix and match is not enough for two people so she lied. So avoid ordering mix march fajita.

I have been a regulalr customer at this Chili's for over 8+ years and have watched it go slowly down. The dining room condition is deplorable and the floors feel like one may slip and fall at any moment. Further, the kitchen was absolutely filthy during what I would consider a slower period when cleaning was possible. The food quality has become average at best but worst of all - on my last visit, the waitress messed up one of my orders not once, not twice but three times and then attempted to get me to pay for it. Writing down an order is standard for a reason - so you can ensure you get the meal right. Sorry but I am done with this Chili's.
