Fran is very knowledgeable and helpful. My bird is just like my family to me. Plus she has all sorts of toys and all the supplies that you will ever need. We LOVE Fran. The birds are all very friendly and if you have ever been interested in birds, you will love the store. It is just a fun place to visit!
