Friendly, helpful and very clean. They did exactly as I asked. They were open even though it was late Saturday

I've processed two beef here in the past year and they are not inhumane! I was allowed to view the back and packaging areas and they were extremely clean. The workers are very nice and helpful. I'll take my cattle here anytime!

This plant was just issued a suspension by the USDA for violating humane slaughtering laws. They were putting goats in kill boxes designed for 1000 pound animals, therefore could not kill them humanely. Worse, it took them way to long too finally end the suffering of a bleeding and screaming animal by not having backup stunning equipment available. Worse, they seemed oblivious to the laws under which the USDA requires them to operate under, so have no robust humane handling system in place. Hate to think what inspectors never see going on there.
