This is my go to bakery when its my turn to bring goodies to work. I have purchased their pastries for a few years now. Highly recommended and pricing is reasonable. Oh almost forgot, they make the best HoHo cake around. The employees have always been very friendly. For Easter last year I ordered breads and pies, the lady helping me even carried the pies to my car, oh by the way I'm not a little old lady yet.... but had a few bags and she offered to help.

I have ordered several cakes from Palotta's and they are not only fantastic but reasonably priced!! Their Ho-Ho cake is truely decadent.

An aquaintance of mine had suggested Pallotta's Pastries for my wedding cake, and so I made an appointment to meet with the staff to discuss options regarding the different cake styles and pricing guidelines. After arriving, a woman came from the kitchen. She didn't introduce herself, or shake my hand. She also did not ask me any details about my wedding to help determine pricing, cake size, etc. Her demeanor was so completely cold and indifferent, it was offensive. I had to ask the questions regarding pricing, delivery and cake topper, when I feel that if she wanted my business, she would have readily offered this information, and had an info packet ready. I walked out of there feeling insulted and as if they could care less about whether or not I chose to get my cake from them. At this point, I don't care how good their cakes and pastries are, I'll get my cake from a bakery whose staff treats me like my business is important to them.

This bakery has the best tasting cakes! They have a ho ho cake that is awesome and the ever so popular with my family the cassada cake. You can bring in your own ideas and customize your own cake. They made my daughter's first birthday cake look absolutely fabulous...non stop compliments from guests. On one occasion I just told the sales associate to have the baker add some flowers and jazz up a pre-made cake. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. Thanks pallottas for making every holiday and occasion something special.

You cannot find a better cake. This cake always make the occasion extra special.
