People leaving bad reviews for this place are nuts. They are kind hearted and do anything for the pets. My dog loves it there. They do anything you ask for the dogs. Great place.

It's very disappointing I have to write this review, as I very seldom do.



I cannot recommend this business. My girlfriend dropped my shepherd mix, Connor, off on Friday for only a weekend stay. When dropping Connor off, she was a little taken aback by the man's lack of interest in meeting my dog and then baffled that this man was confused by my dog's need for medication twice a day. Regardless, she explained as best she could and we left and intended to pick him up on Monday morning.



I called Sunday to confirm our pickup and ask how Connor had been and the woman who answered the phone clearly had no interest in speaking with me. Apparently I had called outside of business hours, but regardless...Worse yet, when asked "how was Connor doing?" She asked me which dog he was!



Fast forward to Monday morning. My girlfriend is picking up Connor and this same woman needs to be given a description - again - to know which dog is mine! These owners hadn't cared to learn my dog's name after 3 and a half days with him! Worse yet, after counting his medication, he was given the wrong dosage for 3 days and they didn't use the treats to give it to him as we had explained, so it's likely he sifted out his medication a few of the times.



This business' owners showed no regard for my dog. I am so fortunate that this was only a weekend stay and not an extended trip. Our usual kennel was booked this weekend, so we will forever be taking him there. Falls Boarding Kennels has lost my business for good. Please protect your pet and do not give it yours.

I moved here from Indiana and feel the safest with my dogs at this facility. I have two black labs who are always happy to go back. This is a family business and even the grandchildren help out and know my dogs by name. Great service and good pricing
